Meet the Dougallers: Brendan Hagerman

Meet the Dougallers welcomes Brendan Hagerman from our Napanee office! Brendan is new to the insurance world and we wanted to find out a little more about him. So we sat him down and asked all the hard hitting questions. Enjoy!

Place of Birth?

Born at Kingston General Hospital but I have lived in Napanee my whole life.

Hobbies?

I love playing sports. My favourite are hockey, baseball and golf! In my downtime I enjoy hanging out with friends and family.

Favorite food?

Hamburgers… Slap them on the grill in the Summer time, nothing better!

Favourite movie?

Happy Gilmore! It’s all in the hips. It’s all in the hips. It’s all in the hips!

How did you get involved in insurance?

Completed my Business Administration degree at St. Lawrence College through Laurentian University, during my fourth year I had my internship with McDougall insurance and knew this was the industry, workplace environment and office moral I wanted to pursue.

What do you bring to the table to help your clients?

Everyone’s life is hectic and busy, the last thing clients should have to worry about is not having a great customer experience and the right coverages in place for their insurance. My job is find a policy that suits the individual needs of my clients. The great part about McDougall Insurance and the Napanee office is we have 2 people assigned to every account. That means both myself and my team will be there for you!

What do you think is important in a relationship with a client?

Honesty, reliability and someone who will go above and beyond for clients each and every day. Legendary Service is what we strive for!

Favourite sports team?

Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays. I just need one of my Toronto sports team to make it happen in the playoffs!

Favourite Celebrity?

Mats Sundin & Derek Jeter. So fun to watch growing up!
